RETURN

IDENTIFICATION - You must provide a valid driver’s license or other identification in order to rent any equipment.

PAYMENT - Required at time rental item is returned.

DEPOSIT - Rental customers will be required to leave a deposit on items rented. Deposit will be applied to the cost of rental when the item(s) are returned.

METERED EQUIPMENT - Half day (4 hour) rates are based on the time an item is take out to the time of its return, or from the time an item is delivered to the time customer calls for pickup. Full day rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours usage per 24 hour day, 40 hours per week and 160 hours per month. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

AVAILABILITY & PRICING - Please call 719-647-2071 for item availability and pricing. Rental rates are based on a time out and not time used basis.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP - Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for pickup and delivery rates for your location.

RESPONSIBILITY - Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items. Rental equipment is to be returned reasonably clean. A cleaning charge will be assessed on items returned excessively dirty.

FUEL - Gasoline & Diesel equipment is dispatched with, and must be returned with a full tank of fuel or reasonable fuel charges will apply.

TIRE DAMAGE - Customer remains responsible for any and all tire damage, including flat tires. Tire damage is not covered by damage waiver.

LOSS OF EQUIPMENT - In event of loss or theft, the customer will be billed for rental plus cost of equipment. Rent will accrue until payment is made.

RENTAL RATES - Less than full day (24 hour) rates reflect the time an item is take out to the time of its return, or from the time an item is delivered to the time customer calls for pickup. Full day rates are based on a 24 hour time period, e.g. 8:00am to 8:00 am. All rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 3.9% sales tax or 9% damage waiver charge. Refer to rental contract for complete terms and conditions. We Sell Time, Your Prompt Return Will Save You Money! You must call if you have any problems, otherwise we cannot make adjustments. Rental rates are based on a time out and not time used basis. Customer is responsible for all Tires, Fuel and Proper Electric Current. A $25.00 charge will be applied for each returned check.
